Welcome to your Group Portal page. From this page you can copy the Medical Form link and the Emergency Procedures link to email to the parents of the kids that are attending camp. They only need to fill out a medical form if they are bringing any kind of medication with them to camp (prescription or non-prescription). The Adult Sponsor Form should only include adults 18 years of age and older. Since your church is coming to Trinity Pines with Centrikid camps we will not need you to fill out OUR registration form. Church leaders - please complete these steps in order.

List ALL ADULTS/STUDENTS attending. 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER including sponsors, chaperones, drivers and students
